The whole family law system is so crooked, it makes the rest of the legal world seem fair and properly judicious, which is a pretty difficult thing to do. The Judges don't give a shit about the kids and are so over-burdened they barely know the facts of each case (not to mention they'll postpone hearings over and over driving up your attorney fees), the custody evaluators are hired whores and do some of the most biased shit you can possibly imagine, the litigants are emotionally-charged assholes incapable of making rational decisions, and the lawyers just take the most expensive route to get their billable hours up (If you can't tell - I fucking hate my job.) 

The worst part is it only takes one person to fucking ruin it for their other spouse. If one person is not being reasonable, there's basically no protections in place (there are sanctions/attorney fee awards, but judges aren't that generous with those).

If you're planning on divorcing - MEDIATE. Give up half your shit, split time with your kids, and move the fuck on. Otherwise, it is going to be the most financially and emotionally devastating decision of your life and you will be absolutely powerless to stop it.

No One Will Believe You. You Are Crazy (5-29-12)

Due to the US Government isolation, police brutality and perjuring lies, community cruelty and menacing, I was constrained to stay in my trailer the weekend, hiding and living like a criminal fugitive. Since I have to shovel manure, trim the feet of my three horse, groom, water and pay for boarding and feed, a Christian bigot and his family of bigots get to enjoy the fruit of my hard work. I no longer get to enjoy my animals without petty psychological abuse by Tim Kee, a Christian bigot, and elementary teacher at  Hosanna Christian School, 5000 Hosanna Way, (541) 882-7732, Klamath Falls, Oregon.  And, who resides at 4441 Homedale Dr.  Yet, another police influenced decision to use this menacing family to harass and deprive me of enjoyment with my horses.  

Regardless of my Jewish beliefs, he has imposed his Christian twisted outlook by telling his adopted kids to put water in my hose after I drained it so that the ice clogs it up, tamper with my saddle, turning off the electricity running to the fencing without telling plaintiff,  pushing wheelbarrows in my way so when I enter my area the handles go into my crouch, turning off the water to deprive my horses of water, flooding my barn area and telling his foster care sons and grandchildren that I am the enemy so they can yell derogatory names when I arrive to care for my horses. Once Robin (defendant's wife) ventured into the public library with her adopted sons to murmur derogatory words toward me. You can never catch him playing his pranks but you know he is doing it type thing.  In addition, he influences his adopted sons to say what he wants. Despite my repeated pleas to Kee's wife and police about my hatred toward men who have jinxed my life, Kee's malicious actions and non-actions have continued to jinx my health and the health of my horses.

Thus, my prayers were to ask G-d to shove a pitch fork up the towns ass because the police  and judges in Napa, California to Klamath Falls, Oregon are influencing them to menace me so they can commit me, again, to a mental institution. I have repeatedly called the police, giving them access to the barn to investigate my complaints. But, as usual they encourage punks to use me as a human battering instrument.

Psychopaths enjoy pain and suffering.  Kini Cosma had been using the public bathroom for years to take her showers.  When the police found out,  representatives of the Klamath County Fairgrounds told employees to shut down the public bathroom. Lying to Cosma, they told her the pipes froze. As a result, she had to figure away to take her weekly bath. Knowing that she has been suffering from nervousness as a result of police brutality, the only way Kini Cosma was to shower herself would be with snow water.  In retaliation, Kini rigged up a plan. Using a pump and a battery she siphoned warm water into a tank. "Unfortunately," the battery fell on Kini's foot.  Happy Birthday, Debbie Peecook!


The moral of the story?  If you have Diabetes or someone in your family does (my mom). Take extra precautions to watch your feet.

Eliminating Homosexuality Won't Make The Debris Go Away

I just wanted to thank all the right-wingers; The question seems to be, "I'm required to go on a trip for work and they are putting people together as roommates for hotel. What is the right way to remind HR that I don't want to room with the same or opposite sex?"


Since all of this controversy about homosexuality came into the lime light, I am now acutely aware of my sexuality. When I use a public bathroom (The one that says, "Women"), my subconcious is aware of my environment. Is the lady in the stall next to me using the wax paper provided for the seats. If so, will the wax paper absorb the urine left by the previous user who stands while peeing?  When she rips toilet paper from the roll, how many plys does it sound like she's unraveling?  Do I hear "her" wash her hands?  Is she talented when she wipes herself? Why does she have to wash her hands if she didn't touch anything?  Should I wash my hands or pull wax paper out just to sound off when I have to confront the ladies on my exit?  Maybe I can finish first then run out so I don't have to look them in the eye.


Why do men scratch their weenies? Do they have VD or crabs? I'm always wanting to blurt out those questions. Thank you so much right-wingers for shining the light on my surroundings.
