We don't have to life a single finger to avenge ourselves because: Thus says the L-rd:

“Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, who write misfortune, which they have prescribed to rob the needy of justice, And to take what is right from the poor of My people, That widows may be their prey, And that they may rob the fatherless.” (Isaiah 10:1-2)

“For His eyes are on the ways of man, And He sees all his steps. There is no darkness nor shadow of death Where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves. For He need not consider a man, That he should go before G-d in judgment.

He breaks in pieces mighty men without inquiry, And sets others in their place. Therefore He knows their works; He overthrows them in the night, And they are crushed. Thus says your L-rd, The L-rd and your G-d, Who pleads the cause of His people, “See, I have taken out of your hand The cup of trembling, The dregs of the cup of My fury; You shall no longer drink it. These words are so true. Any vengence that you act out, will be nothing compared to the plans G-d has for your bullies! And, no matter where you are, no matter if your bullies have you isolated far away where no one can hear you or you have no communication. He promises: wait unto the L-rd and He will avenge us “in the open sight” Job 34:26,  you will find out what he has done to your bullies!
