Based upon the undisputed facts, the hatred has manifested itself as an obsessive will to power. There have been extreme forms of gender- and sexuality-based discrimination, domination, and violence. Rather, U.S. officials have responded to her complaints with a depraved indifference defining this pattern of abuse as a deterioration of Cosma's mental condition.

When state and federal courts do not intervene as requested by Cosma, they ultimately circulate a powerful meaning whereby officials have made it a public action to reassert male dominance over this woman causing her to be miserably trapped and resentful for being a misfit in an intolerant society.
It can be said, U.S. officials have declared this woman open game formatting a new meaning to RAPE: "The ideal of free men enjoying freedom from fear and want can be achieved only if conditions are created whereby everyone may enjoy his economic, social, and cultural rights, as well as his civil and political rights."
