Last week, Chief Justice John Roberts released his year-end report on the federal judiciary. Perhaps motivated by Alliance For Justice's call for him to address the rising ethics concerns facing his Court, the chief justice devoted a fair amount of time to the issue, spending 12 of 16 pages on judicial ethics.

Unfortunately, the chief justice's defense of his colleagues' behavior misses the mark.

Isn't that a coincidence? Seems like ALL the federal magistrates and state judges, missed the mark when inciting "IRRELEVANT, FRIVOLOLUS, BAD FAITH ..." in the case of Cosma v. UNITED STATES. Anyway, Chief Justice John Roberts is handsome so he automatically wins!

I took my Chihuahua, Bing-Bing, into Wal-Mart and the greeter stopped me to find out whether my animal was a "service dog" for which I replied he was. "If I'm not being too inquisitive, may I ask what sort of service the dog does?" The greeter smiled and I gladly chirped, "Well...he cleans out my belly-button." The greeter, obviously embarrassed, quipped, "Oh! No! That doesn't count!" "Well...I continued, he cleans out my ears! You want me to hear when a sale is announced on one of your aisles, don't you?"

"It's true! He goes with me to night clubs and he cleans out my ears so I can hear 'Last call for alcohol!' Besides that, in the winter, he warms my nose so my nose doesn't turn red.

That way, I don't look like an alcoholic."

Harvey Milk once said, "You've gotta give 'em hope." Yet, for 15 years no one has given me any hope except FALSE HOPE! The youth at risk for suicide who can no longer tolerate any more abuse including youth like Seth, Asher, Billy, Tyler, and Raymond need to know that they are not alone. Do you want me to mentor those with lies, deceit, politics while they lead their lives in blind faith?

For 15 years the ACLU staff at their Washington Legislative Office ignored Kini's pleas of bigotry, hatred, injustice, humiliation, harassment, abuse, lack of respect and dignity, targeted malice and vindictive prosecution. Do you want me to tell them they'll be okay and it gets better while suffering years of abuse and being outed to other communities while the criminal slander and libel esculates to community aggression for viligante justice?

They need to know that they will be okay and that people will love them for who they are? Who should I say are the role models for these preventable tragedies?

Just a month ago, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor went to Napa, California where this bigotry and hatred started. The retired Justice spoke at the conference about human rights. How To Profile A Latent Homosexual

As a convicted female internal toilet and stalker, I have found that many men enjoy women who appear to look like boys. Perhaps it is because I am 5"4', with a slim body, virually no hips and small breasts. By no means am I a feminine woman and, in fact, may appear to be an effeminate male. I am rugged, an extremely oppressed multi-tasker, and now need to be outdoors in decent weather. Men seem to be sexually attracted to me and insist that I am one of their "buddies" perhaps for the purpose of arousing or gratifying their sexual fantasies and desires?

On the other hand, men, including law enforcement, enjoy spewing women's clothing all over the state perhaps to indicate, "a conquest". For instance, when state and federal judges declared me an enemy combatant (because I don't want to service American men), they authorized other seizure violations without regard to the Fourth Amendment.

Yet, another was authorized through the illegal suspension of her California driver's license so that she would have to depend on American men to do her favors and so she would have to beg them for sex.

Lassen County Grand Juror, Sharon Bertotti, had excessive notice (20 letters +) that hooligans were menacing Kini, tailgate Kini at excessive speeds of 65 mph in a 55 mph zone, run herself off the road, then claim Kini was involved in a major accident?

On a manifested pattern of public indiscretions, foreclosing on ALL my housing has resulted in destruction and thefts with only my underware and shoes left behind perhaps for further embarrassment and humiliation?

This egregious case originating from Napa, California to Klamath Falls, Oregon continues to demonstrate a pattern of abusive conduct all with a bonus of arbitrary detention, arrests and harassment.

Through the younger years we grew together.I'll never forget the day we met through my brother. The best years had I spent with you having fun and joy. Our relationship was a mystical one. We would laugh until we were absolutely exhausted. Laughing at the most funniest of things. At times we led a risky life like the time we drove around in that Baracuda, stopped for gas, and I pulled off the steering wheel. We all just screamed for dear life. Or, the time we rode my motorcycle to Lake Tahoe clad in our cut offs: Me driving in my bikini top and you with no shirt. What a sight to behold.

As our journey through this life caused our friendships to scatter, I often thought about you and the memories we shared never knowing where on this green earth you could have been. Then that day when I was walking in what seemed like positively in the middle of nowhere, you appeared.

You jumped out of that truck and we both started screaming and hugging. Boy, that neighborhood must of thought we were out of our minds. The joy we experienced was absolutely incredible that day. You even said that it was an act of God.

I am sorry that I could not have been the friend that I wanted to be to you. I did not have the strength. The battles that I am surviving have caused me to be strong only within myself for a time...My hope was that one day you would see me be victorious and we would resume a healthy relationship. And, maybe someday I will be victorious. Then I will look toward the heavens and will see your face in my mind's eye and know that you are clapping saying my name the way you have always.

At time we were distant from one another. At times we grew apart. And, at times our hearts were cold. But deep inside we had a bond. Truly, your mercy did I see. There was so much for us to do in the time ahead. But, your journey on this earth was already timed.

Well, now, most of the old clan has passed on. You guys were sure young to depart from this earth. But, my dear loving David, I believe that you are in the presence of joy. Still, we will be missing you friend, brother, and uncle.

The history of Gen. 3 is intended to teach us the fact that Satan’s sphere of activities is in the religious sphere, and not the spheres of crime or immorality; that his battle field is not the sins arising from human depravity, but the unbelief of the human heart.

The Profile

The lineage in Gen 10 begins with Gomer being the progenitor of the Celts. This family of nations includes, the Irish, Erse, Manx, Welsh, Cornish and Low Bretons. Besides Nimrod, The Sons of Cush were Ethiopia, S. of Egypt and Canaan that became a providence of Egypt. Accordingly, to Gen. vs. 15-20, the Canaanite family spread abroad.

The fourth generation, the Amorites are represented on the Egyptian monuments with fair skins, light hair, blue eyes, aquiline noses, and pointed beards. The Amorites are a mark of the corruption of the Canaanite nations through the Nephilim and Rephaim. Gen 15:16

The Ashērah

The word ‘Ashērah is from the root āshar, to be straight, erect, or upright. The ‘Ashērah was called because it was something set upright or erect in the ground, and worshipped. The word occurs forty times, and only a careful study of each passage will give a correct view. The word is always rendered grove or groves in the A.V.

The ‘Ashērah was the idolatry of the most revolting form of immorality under the guise of religion. While it is distinguished from Ashtoreth, the goddess, it is yet associated with being representative of the productive (or passive) principle of life; and Baal being representative of the generative (or active) principle. Like every form of “religion,” it had to do with the “flesh;” and hence, by the law of evolution (which is seen operating only in human affairs) it soon became corrupted.

So with the ‘Ashērah. Originally a tree, symbolical of the “tree of life,” it was an object of reverence and veneration. Then came the perversion of the earlier idea which simply honored the origin of life; and it was corrupted and debased into the organ of procreation, the ‘Ashērah. It was the Phallus image of Isa. 57.8, and the “image of the male”, Ezek. 16.17

The principal factor is this form of Canaanite idolatry is that it was not a primitive conception of a religious rite, but the corruption of an earlier idea which began with honoring the origin of life. Today we may call it “Family Values”… Then they were important factors in the development of personality and social relations.

All the ancient systems of idolatry, connected with Astrology and Mythology, &c., are, in the same way, not original inventions of what was new; but the corruption of what was old, and the perversion of primitive truth.

There can be no doubt about its being, in its essence, Phallic worship pure and simple, whatever may have been its origin. This abomination was common to all the ancient nations; and relics of it are found today in various forms, in India and elsewhere. The menhirs of the Celtic religion are the true descendants of the ‘Ashērim.

At first it was centered in the Canaanitish nations; and from them it spread to the others. It was the great abomination of Canaan, and that is one reason why the Canaanites, as the descendants of the Nephilim had to be destroyed by the sword of Israel.

It is still preserved in veiled language in secret fraternities, Freemasonry, Theosophy, and in the Roman Church; language so conceals it that probably those who use it today have little idea of what they are perpetuating; while the ancient symbols I O proclaim “sex as the true God of Hosts,” as the Kabbala declares.

The system of gods and goddesses in Phoenician religion was influences and has influenced other cultures. My eldest son, "Ben," is 44 years old and still a huge concern for my husband and me. Ben recently broke up with his fourth wife after only one year of marriage. His relationship with his three former wives lasted about the same duration.

Ben needs professional help, but unless he is willing to admit it, there is nothing you can do for him. If four marriages in as many years hasn't convinced him something is wrong, we doubt he will listn to anyone's advice, but it certainly can't hurt for you to suggest he would be more capable of finding a lasting relationship if he worked on it with the help of a good therapist. You, however, need to separate yourself from Ben's problems. We know how hard this will be, but he is a grown man and responsible for his own messes.

Worrying will only make you miserable and stressed, and accomplish nothing. You can not fix this. Disengage.

Once upon a time, there was a lady. She could not have babies. So one day, the L-RD's angel appeared to this lady and said, “You have never been able to have children, but now you will have a little boy. You must never cut his hair because he will serve the L-ORD and the L-ORD will make him strong with big muscles.”

The lady was so happy. She named him Samson. Samson grew and grew and the L-ORD blessed him and the L-ORD'S power made him strong with big muscles. [You see, guys,] some people are just born with big muscles. They don't have to exercise and exercise.

Anyway, soon Samson found a girlfriend named Delilah. But Delilah was not very nice. And, in fact, was a gossiper and a busybody. She ran around and told Samson's secret to everyone. He did not know that. The only secret Samson did not tell her was that if anyone cut his hair, he would lose his power and not be strong anymore. Then, one day, Delilah, Samson's' girlfriend asked, “How is it that you are so strong? What is your secret?

Samson would not tell her. But, then, she cried and cried “Please tell me why you are so strong.” She cried and begged. Samson said, “No! I will not tell you!” But, Delilah said, “I love you! You can trust me! I would not tell anyone!” She sobbed and sobbed. Samson asked, “How could you love me? You never spend time with me or talk to me. You are always busy fixing yourself up and going shopping. How could you possibly love me? You don't even know me!” Delilah cried, “Fine!! I'm going far away and you'll never see me again!”

Well, Samson's girlfriend, Delilah, was so beautiful and gorgeous that people fainted when they looked at her. She was the most beautiful and stunning lady in all the land. (That was of course, after Princess Dianna passed away. )

And, so Samson thought, well, maybe if she hangs around me, she will become a righteous lady. She will see what a good boy I am and will want to be just like me. She will not only be knock-out gorgeous, but she will be Jesus-like. I just can't wait. G-d will be so proud of me and her too!

One more time, Delilah asked, “Please, tell me what makes you so strong. If someone wanted to tie you up and make you helpless, how could he do it?” She told him, “Look, you've been making a fool of me and not telling me the truth!” Please, tell me right now!” And, she started to cry and jump up and down, and laid down on the floor and banged and kicked on the floor with her hands and feet.

Well, Samson thought Delilah was so cute when she got angry that he just couldn't resist any longer. “Okay!Okay! I'll tell you my secret! My hair has never been cut. If you cut my hair , I'll lose all my power and I will not be stronger anymore. Now you know my secret!”

Aha! Now Samson's best friend, Delilah, knew his most secret of secrets. So, one night, Delilah was lulling, and coddling Samson to sleep. Can you imagine that a big, big, giant of a man with lot's muscles in the arms of a little lady. She was probably rocking him to sleep singing a song. Finally, when Samson was asleep she snipped off all his wonderful locks of hair.

Then, Samson awoke and saw that he lost his power. All of a sudden, his enemies and people he hated came in and took Samson away. He could not fight them because he was not strong anymore. He was as weak as could be. And, so you must keep certain things a secret and not let people know.

Well, it looks like Delilah wasn't a very good little lady after all, Samson's heart was broken because he was one who neither watched over his heart nor preserved silence. So, you guys, a lot of things in our heart we have no business telling a soul. Special words from the L-RD; our deepest dreams, thoughts, and hopes. They are precious and deserve to be kept safe by the guardian of silence.

If we refuse to provide pockets of silence in our lives, we will always flounder in a fog, wondering who G-d is and what He is doing. We will remain shallow. But, if we deliberately fashion pockets for times of silence, we will grow deeper in an awareness of the real presence of G-d.

Live For Me!

I've been gay since I was 5 years old. I wouldn't give up my L-rd and Savior for just anybody. I love my G-d with all my heart, soul & mind. For people to use the Bible to condemn me is wrong. I spent years researching the Bible. G-d is silent about that kind of love.

1 John 2:17-18 said it was the end of the world about 2000 years ago. Many people bring up Romans 1 but fail to cite Romans 2. Paul was in prison during most of his tenure. He did not see love relationships. He saw violent men raping other men out of incarcerated frustration. It was all about rape & violence in Sodom & Gomorrah.

In the Old Testament, it is about NOT oppressing the widow, the fatherless, the stranger, & the poor. In the New Testament, it is about treating your neighbor they way you want to be treated.

Straight people have had their chance to show me what's on the other side of the mountain and they have shown me violence, hatred, discrimination & lack of empathy. If the court saw people treating their neighbors the way they want to be treated, maybe the courts would have had more compassion on the majority of California voters.

I feel comfortable & relaxed when I am who I am. So, I have an idea. I won't think about what you do in bed if you don't think about what I do in bed.

Congratulations to all who have found love, endured it through the tough times, and let no man/woman divide it asunder.

Gay Rights vs. Anti-LGBT

To: James Dobson, chairman of the conservative Christian group Focus on the Family; Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council in Washington; Glen Lavy, senior counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund; And to those who think the equal marriage rights have been a hijacked democracy that usurped the will of the people and was an assault on the institution of family and other Anti-LGBT groups who are trying to put an initiative on the California ballot this fall that would amend the state constitution to undo the Supreme Court ruling and ban gay marriages or prohibit equal marriage rights.

As I was desperately looking for comfort when I felt like I was dying, I clung onto & gave a substantial portion of charitable tithings to four churches because the U.S. Government and The People were and still are draining the life out of me while watching my life being torn apart. Todate, I have not been spared from being forced to suffer grief and false hope. And, I have to live like there is no tomorrow while witnessing other people have bright futures.

Once I counted how many times G-d said in the Bible, "Do not oppress the widow, the fatherless, the stranger, and the poor..." 200 TIMES! (TWO-HUNDREDxxx)! Yet, NO ONE CARES OR IS "OUTRAGED" about the horrors of oppression that beats us down! Matter of fact, they make me feel the world is a better place without me and I don't have the right to live.

The "religious" and the "social conservatives" are a bunch of hypocrites in EVERY MATTER PRESENTED IN THE BIBLE and they are just another agency of people bent on stealing any happiness people try to find. They are the ones who are unhappy in their own marriages. They are probably latent homosexuals. So straight people, go home and beat your wives.
